It is my personal canon that he's going to finish the shaving job at some point and he's just trolling us all for the lolz in the meantime.

I've heard quite a few people that seem certain it's Doug Does (and a few others who are equally certain it's other people) but there's really not enough of a clip for me to feel certain about it. Doug seems the most likely candidate, though, at the moment.
