You know what's kinda sad? Downloading albums that you actually own from sharing comms because you can't be arsed to figure out where in your house the bloody things are.
I had a teacher in middle school who told me a story once about a Beach Boys concert she went to when she was young. Billy Joel opened for them. He played Pianoman. They booed him off the stage and he ended up not releasing the song until like 10 years later.
Listening to the song always makes me think of that and how painful that must have been for him as a musician. I am thankful he got up the courage to finally share the song with the whole world. Because I really, truly, unashamedly love it.
