New layout. Yayz!

It's been awhile since I've had a random LJ overhaul. I felt it was time. So I am, sadly, no longer squirrel-ified, but I am, happily, fannish again.

I can't decide yet if I'm happy with the way the colors are, so that aspect might get completely futzed with all over again, but I'm definitely going with the black/white/grays/randomred scheme. I forgot how many icons I have that go well with that.

Also, the decision on which shows made the cut for the sidebar was based only partially on which ones I like the most. The other important delineating factor was which ones I could find logos for that fit with what I was looking for. And of course, once I was done, I thought of a billion more things I should have looked for. But it's done, and I'm happy with it, and I'm leaving it as is, for a while at least.

My mood was just greatly uplifted because I realized that not only is it Talk Like a Pirate Day, LJ is apparently celebrating.
