Just when you thought it couldn't get any gay-er...

Stacy: What are you hiding?
House: I'm gay. ...oh, that's not what you meant? But it would explain a lot, wouldn't it? No girlfriend... why I'm always with Wilson... the obsession with sneakers...

And that's not even mentioning the part where House insisted that Chase loved him...

I love that the writers feel the need to balance House/Stacy with Teh Gay.

Who needs subtext when we have House?
